Roman Nedelchev has been involved in the development of Brain Trust since its inception in 2009, taking part in both brokerage activities and the development of the company's client processes, strategies and pricing models. He studied Public Administration at the University of National and World Economy, and has over 15 years of management experience in an international corporate environment. From 2011 to 2018, he did all the different jobs at C3i, from Help Desk Analyst to Operations Manager, leading a team of 120+ people. He focused on getting the right results, quality control, making processes better and helping people develop. Since 2019, he's been developing further at TELUS, where he manages international teams and complex client portfolios. In 2022, he's taking on a big project for a top global platform in the short-term rental sector, leading a team of over 600 people. In 2023, he was promoted to Senior Account General Manager, where he's been doing a great job, maintaining results above contractual standards and leading quality in the international network of partners. Roman's our go-to guy at Brain Trust for strategy and building long-lasting partnerships. He's also the one who's brought in new management models, got us on the digital bandwagon, and put in place all these cool AI-based solutions for analysis, optimisation, and making customer service better and faster. His approach combines structure, thinking on a large scale and being able to adapt to technology, with the aim of achieving long-term growth.
